Prior to joining Walker Sands, Scott completed four internships as an undergraduate, working on brands such as MillerCoors, Target, and Western Union. He fuels his recommendations for Walker Sands’ clients with a mix of data and creativity - finding gaps in competitor strategies and implementing tactics to capitalize on opportunities.
Scott is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, and graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 2016 with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations.
What is your favorite book of all time?
The Big Miss by Hank Haney. I’ve been a Tiger Woods fan my entire life, and after his fall from grace it was really interesting to get some insight into what was going on in his world.
What is your favorite place in Chicago that isn't a typical tourist destination?
I’m a fan of the rooftops Chicago has to offer. Some of my favorites are J. Parker and the Virgin Hotel.
Would you rather have the office stocked 24/7 with Starbucks coffee or Garrett popcorn?
While I do enjoy a nice tin of Garrett popcorn, I can’t live without my iced coffee.
One thing people in the world wouldn't know about you?
I’m a Chicago rap fanatic and a die-hard Golden State Warriors fan.
If you could live anywhere else in the world where would it be?
Barcelona or London. I had a fantastic experience in both cities while studying abroad and I’d move there in a heartbeat.
