We designed a customizable avatar tool that invited full participation by reflecting the diversity of of women interested in working IT. With customizable hair, skin, eye, clothing and background options, more than 10 million different avatars were possible.
The elegantly designed e-book brought the numbers and personal stories to life using CompTIA's bright color palette. The study features positive images of girls and women throughout.
